Our mission at FGP is to inspire and assist first-generation pilots in achieving their aviation goals by providing education, mentorship, scholarships, and professional development opportunities.
With no inherited roadmap for many aspiring pilots, finding access to information and mentorship is often fragmented, informal, or out of reach. That is why First Generation Pilots was founded—to assist those who want to build their aviation careers.
Our community knows how difficult it can be to find access—access to education, niche advice, and resources. Without that access, first-generation pilots can be left behind. That is why giving back to others navigating the same path is so important. We want to ensure all pilots receive greater access to aviation careers and professional development by establishing comprehensive mentorship and scholarship programs.
